Return Policy
At Fugystal, we take great care in crafting exquisite glassware and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not 100% happy with your items, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your glassware to request a return.
To start the return process, please send an email to service@fugystal.com with your order number, the name of the product(s), and the reason for your return.
Unless the item was delivered in error, is faulty, or damaged, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping fees. Returned items must be in their unused condition, with all original packaging intact. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a recorded delivery service such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx, which provides a tracking number.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at service@fugystal.com with your order number, full name, and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We are happy to assist with a replacement or return.
If you do not notify us within 3 days of receiving the damaged or defective product, we will assume that the product was delivered in good condition. Returns without prior damage notification cannot be processed.
Order Cancellations
At Fugystal, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Once payment is confirmed, your order immediately enters our processing and shipping workflow. This means there is only a very limited window of time where we can cancel your order before it is packed and shipped.
To request an order cancellation, please email us at service@fugystal.com with the subject line "Cancellation," including your full name and order number. We’ll do our best to help.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Customs Duties
In some cases, VAT (Value Added Tax) or other taxes, customs, or duty fees may apply, depending on your destination country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. We advise contacting your local customs office for more information.
If you choose to reject your package upon arrival due to customs or duty fees, we will not refund the shipping costs. Customs clearance procedures may sometimes cause delays, which can extend delivery times beyond the estimated window. Please note that these delays are outside of our control.
